Cultivate gratitude

Cultivate gratitude to improve your health and wellbeing, your relationships, your happiness, and your impact on the natural environment.

If you are not sure what’s that means: it’s simple, start to recognize and appreciate the things around you, from something that seems  insignificant to others to the most wonderful gift in your life that feels just like magic.

It helps us to stay centred in our authentic self, 𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒖𝒔 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒍𝒚.

What are you the most grateful for?

Some people have more grateful dispositions than others : Research suggests that “these differences may be rooted in our brains, genes, and even our personalities. “

Genes may contribute to a person’s tendency to be more or less prone to seeing the world through grateful eyes. It may be a differences in brain structure and activity, between more and less grateful people. Personality factors can also act as barriers to gratitude.

But consistently making an effort to be grateful can physically change our brains over the long run.

There are exercises you can do like a gratitude journal or letters that will build your “gratitude muscle”.

📝Try to Express gratitude, write down things that you personally appreciate or are thankful for in your day and focus your attention on the positive in your life. It will have an impact on you, If you don’t believe me, try, you may feel happier, sleep better, have less pain, and you probably won’t get sick as often on the long term.

We do not need to be 100% happy all the time to be grateful, but gratitude leads to greater happiness.

It’s worth trying, don’t you think ? 🙏🏼✨
