When your are making lifestyle changes the most common problem we face is making it stick.

โข Creating clear and measurable goals.
โข Start small, break down those goals into small manageable steps; donโt try to change too much too fast. One day at a time!
โข Make healthy eating a daily activity.
โข Diary journal, get lost in the creative projects youโve always wanted to do and clear your mind and crystallizes your ideas to find clarity.
โข Creating a daily routine for yourself can make a big difference in your life.
โข Reward every little success, have fun and move your body.
โข Mindulness and relaxation, like meditation, breathing techniques, a nice bath, a massage, relaxing music, a nice book or a walk in nature; whatever makes YOU feel Calm or give you the space to reflect.
โข Finding support, someone else that will keep you motivated and accountable. Think, who can be that person.
The biggest and most successful way of making these new habits and behaviors stick is to ENJOY the process without the fear or pressure of failure; and If you fail, figure out what went wrong, plan for it, and try again!!!
Avoid shame, guilt and frustration but TRUST YOUR INTUITION BY RELYING ON YOUR BODYโS UNIQUE NEEDS AND NATURAL CUES.
