โ€ข Creating clear and measurable goals.

โ€ข Start small, break down those goals into small manageable steps; donโ€™t try to change too much too fast. One day at a time!

โ€ข Make healthy eating a daily activity.

โ€ข Diary journal, get lost in the creative projects youโ€™ve always wanted to do and clear your mind and crystallizes your ideas to find clarity.

โ€ข Creating a daily routine for yourself can make a big difference in your life.

โ€ข Reward every little success, have fun and move your body.

โ€ข Mindulness and relaxation, like meditation, breathing techniques, a nice bath, a massage, relaxing music, a nice book or a walk in nature; whatever makes YOU feel Calm or give you the space to reflect.

โ€ข Finding support, someone else that will keep you motivated and accountable. Think, who can be that person.

  • The biggest and most successful way of making these new habits and behaviors stick is to ENJOY the process without the fear or pressure of failure; and If you fail, figure out what went wrong, plan for it, and try again!!!

Avoid shame, guilt and frustration but TRUST YOUR INTUITION BY RELYING ON YOUR BODYโ€™S UNIQUE NEEDS AND NATURAL CUES.
